the staff, especially sahil, offered a helpful and warm check-in. i appreciated the premium room upgrade. the reception answered my calls promptly, demonstrating excellent guest assistance. minor issues with the toilet and tv were quickly addressed after i reported them.
i notice there is no bell boy and i had to bring my luggage alone to my room. it was a bit tiring.

the pool looks inviting and very clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. i spot a well equipped gym with multiple treadmills and stationary bikes so i can keep with my fitness regime. the sauna is available and well kept.

Savita at the front desk provided helpful guidance on nearby attractions.
The noise from nearby clubs was unacceptable. It persisted until 3 AM and caused vibrations throughout the room. Management offered a room change at 1 AM, but could not guarantee availability on a higher floor the next morning. The night manager's attitude seemed indifferent.

the room was quite large, i noticed elegant furnishings and plenty of natural light. kasule mohamad provided accurate directions and smart local tips. he helped me navigate more efficiently.
i noticed the music from a club continued into the early morning. it made sleep difficult due to the noise. vibrations were present as well.

The location is very convenient. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We booked a Two-Bedroom Suite, and it was a better option for our group. The staff was cute and sweet, always ready to assist. Breakfast had delicious options.
The bedroom toilet flush did not work properly for the first two days. The maintenance team had to be called repeatedly to address this issue. It was quite inconvenient!!!
